How to convert images to PDF

  1. Click Choose images or drag your photos onto the box. On a phone you can pick straight from your gallery or camera.
  2. Put the pages in order. Drag the cards with a mouse, or use the arrow buttons. The rotate button turns a page by 90°.

  4. Press Convert to PDF. The file downloads straight away and you can download it again from the result box.

Why turn images into a PDF?

Images are great for viewing, but a PDF is often what forms, schools, banks and offices ask for. A PDF keeps several pages together in a fixed order, opens the same way on every phone and computer, and prints at the right paper size. Sending one PDF instead of ten separate photos is also much easier for the person on the other end.

This converter takes any mix of JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and BMP files and places each one on its own page. It works well for scanned documents, receipts, ID copies, handwritten notes, screenshots, photo albums and homework.

Page size and orientation

A4 is the standard paper size in Turkey, Europe and most of the world, while US Letter is used in the United States and Canada. If you are not sure, choose A4. With Automatic orientation each page turns to landscape when its image is wider than it is tall, so wide photos fill the page instead of sitting in a thin strip. Choose Same as image if you want every page to be exactly the shape of its picture with no white bands.

Margins

The image is always scaled to fit the page without cropping or stretching, and centred. None lets the picture touch the edge of the paper, which looks best for photos. Small (about 7 mm) and Large (about 14 mm) leave white space around it, which is safer for printing and looks tidier for documents.

Quality and file size

Original keeps your pictures exactly as they are. JPG photos are copied into the PDF byte for byte, so there is no loss at all and the conversion is very fast. PNG screenshots are stored without loss too. If the PDF is too big to email or upload, choose High, which resizes each page to print quality (300 dpi on A4), or Smallest file, which is ideal for online forms with a size limit.

Private by design

Most online converters upload your files to a server. uTooler does not. Your images are read and the PDF is built by your own browser, so documents such as passports, contracts or medical papers never leave your device. Once the page has loaded, the converter keeps working even without an internet connection. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on the number of images.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert a JPG to PDF?

Choose your JPG file with the Choose images button or drag it onto the box, then press Convert to PDF. The PDF downloads right away. You can add more JPG files before converting to put them all in one document.

Can I combine several images into one PDF?

Yes. Add as many images as you like and each one becomes a page in a single PDF. Drag the cards or use the arrow buttons to change the order, and use Sort A–Z if your files are numbered.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF is created entirely in your browser and your images never leave your device. Only your page settings are remembered on your own computer or phone.

Will my photos lose quality?

Not with the Original setting. JPG photos are placed into the PDF without being compressed again, and PNG images are stored without loss. The High and Smallest file options reduce quality slightly in exchange for a much smaller file.

Can I convert iPhone HEIC photos?

Yes on an iPhone or iPad, because Safari converts HEIC photos to JPG automatically when you pick them. On Windows or Android, Chrome and Firefox cannot open HEIC files yet, so convert them to JPG first.
